Happy Mid-Autumn (Chuseok) Festival

Here's dearie Rain wearing Hanbok for today's Chuseok Festival. He looks pretty cute in this outfit.

In Korea, the foods prepared and eaten during Chuseok holiday is songpyeon (송편), a crescent-shaped rice cake which is steamed upon pine needle, japchae, bulgogi and fruits.

Over here, we celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節) by admiring the moon, eat moon cakes and pomelos together. This year, my dear cousin bought us Swenson's ice-cream moon cakes which we will be enjoying later. Hehe... 中秋節愉快!!!

6to5 jacket & T-shirt in KBS drama "Boys over flowers"

Kim Hyun-Joong, a singer (one of idol group SS501 members) and actor, seems to be sponsored by 6to5 in KBS popular drama "Boys over flowers". He is wearing 6to5 badge shaped like a rocket on his jacket collar, and the striped T-shirt he has on is also made by 6to5.

Should I or Should I not?

Recently, Rain did a commercial for Calvin Klein Jeans. Beside featuring CK clothes, could also find cool tattoos on his body. Especially, the design on his waist & hands are rather cool & so the urge of getting tattoo on my ankle comes back again. Hiak! Hiak! Hiak!
I was thinking should I have this design on my ankle???
I always feel it's cool to have a tattoo on the ankle but just can't find the suitable design that I really like.
Hmmmmm... ... ... ...
I don't think my parents will like the idea of me having tattoo. Most prob, they will freak out if they find out. ;)
Should I go for custom temporary tattoo instead which Sesame feature in her Vivawoman?
I am not afraid of pain cuz I have gone for eyebrow embroiderynot long ago. Recently, I just went for the touch up session which was not that pain although I can feel zillions of ants biting my eyebrow. ;)

My birthday present came early this year!
Guess what present I recieve from my Er-mei?Yeah! It's 'Road for Rain'!!!So sweet & nice of her to get me 'Road for Rain' for my birthday present!
She knows that I want the DVDs badly but because it's expensive, I didn't buy it although I saw it at Hong Kong. Oh yah! You won't be able to find this dvd locally here & it's only available for purchase online.
So she secretly bought it online & I recd this from the postman today!

Under normal circumstances, I won’t go to the extent to defence Rain by putting up an entry to rebuke those people who made silly & ridiculous remarks on him.
But this time round, I can’t endure ANYMORE especially after reading the reviews of Rain's concert in Digital Life, that made me REALLY PISSED!
I MEAN REALLY ******* PISSED...
I’m not going to 手下留情 with how I felt with this person's senseless remarks on Rain's concert in Singapore.
He wrote:

"In fact too well that everything looked like a darn expensive strip tease performance."

EXCUSE ME, do you understand what's the meaning of striptease performance???

Striptease performance means entertainment in which a performer gradually undresses till TOTALLY NAKED.

And, may I ask again, did Rain strip in his concert?

NO!!!

He ONLY removed his shirt at one point when he was singing the song 'Nan'.

He didn't strip till naked so how can you made such ridiculous & groundless remarks.

Rain’s Concert in Singapore

How should I put into words to describe Rain’s performance this evening???

His performance was unbelievable awesome.
The visual effects are superb & his vocal was good too
He made me fall in ‘LOVE’ with him ONCE again. ;)

I’m IMPRESSED with Rain’s performance.
My sis who is not a fan of Rain complimented his performance was amazingly good .

Rain promised a show ‘Beyond Expectation’ & that was what he delivered last night. So, every cent I spent on this concert was worth it. I really enjoyed myself last night as I could see his nifty footwork quite clearly.

All in all, it was a fantastic breathtaking performance by Rain.

Hope next year, he will hold his concert here again & DEFINITELY I will be there to give my support. It’s really makes a great difference to watch & listen to him ‘live’ compared to watching his performance on disc. =)

Rain's World Tour in Singapore

In another 12 hours, I will be sitting in Singapore Indoor Stadium enjoying Rain's live performance.
I am excited over this whole thing since the day I bought the tickets.
But just a pity that I won't be sitting closer to the stage to have a clearer view of Rain's dance moves. Btw, Rachael will be sitting nearer to the stage so she promised to update me of Rain's every move & breathe he take. She is such a nice & sweet gal... keke...

I was chit chatting with my sis on not being to see Rain's performance clearly & guess what she told me? She said, although we will be sitting far away from the stage as long as 你 的 心 里 有 Rain 你 就 会 只 然 而 然 看 到 他。Wah kao leh! My sis actually said that to me... Haahaa...
Nevertheless, my main purpose of going for Rain World Tour is to listen to his live singing. =)

Rain's coming & my new friend

Rain is touching down in another 12 hours by Korean Air. =)
But I am not going to the airport to welcome him coz personally I feel even if I really make an effort to go down to the airport, he won't even know or sense my presence... keke...
I decided to sleep early tonight, report to work as usual the next morning & get excited on Sunday for his performance.

Oh yah! Want to intro a new friend who I made through this cyberworld.
Her name is Rachael, a very young lady who has the same interest & idol as me...
Don't really know her yet but through communicating via email, find that she is a nice & young gal but hope to know her better as time goes by.
I am looking forward to this coming Sunday coz beside attending Rain's concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. I'll be meeting up with Rachael to say 'hi' & maybe formally intro ourselves to each other.
It's just feel great to get to know Rachael coz we are able to share & chat on the same topic... =)

Actually, 'Qing Gu J' told me she saw an article in the 'wanbao'. She was surprised that I was not sad or angry when I heard this piece of news. I am actually happy when I heard this coz everyone hope to fall & find their true love, right?

If Rain really like Song Hye Gyo, I feel happy for him too. Basically, I hope to see them as a couple especially after watching Full House. Song Hye Gyo is really pretty so I won't mind her being my idol's girlfriend. Hiak Hiak Hiak.

Rain did mentioned in KBS Sangsang plus,“虽然有了心仪的人，但却没能表白。我心里上做好爱上一个人的准备。我总是单相思。”

'Rain World', was specially bought back from Taiwan by 'Qing Gu J'.
Must really thank her coz she really put in her best to find & bring this album back to me.

She really is my best qing gu who really understand me. ;)

My precious tickets for 비's concert in Singapore to be held on 21 January 2007 (Sunday) at Singapore Indoor Stadium. =D

I'm Coming

I was browsing the papers this morning & came across a huge commerical on the official opening for purchasing Rain's Concert ticket in Singapore. There's a further 10% discount if payment is made by OCBC card. Didn't feel anything INTIALLY when I saw this coz I already told myself I won't be going for this concert.
But... ... ... while I was busy clearing my work around 4pm plus, my urge of going for this concert became super strong.
REALLY DARN STRONG that I can hear someone whispering into my ears that if I miss this concert, I will regret it for the rest of my life. So, I tried logging into Sistic to book the ticket but seems tat the website is down.
So, guess what I did???
I rushed over to Sistic & bought a pair of tickets.
Now, the pair of tickets are in my hands.
真的很开心，感觉就好想辛福就掌握在自己的手上。
Wahaahaa!!! Uber happy!!!

Expensive Kimchi makes me faint!

I’m EXTREMELY shocked on Tuesday noon when I received an email from rainsingapore.com on the latest update of Rain’s concert in Singapore.

I was so happy & excited when I saw this email coz I had been telling everyone that I know: “DIE! Also must go & watch his concert if he comes to Singapore.”
But after logging on to rainsingapore.com & seeing the EXTREMELY DARN EXPENSIVE ticket for the most expensive seat, I decided to give up the idea of going for this concert. The price of the tickets for this coming concert is from SGD888, SGD688, SGD488, SGD388, SGD288 & SGD188.

Can you imagine, the most expensive seat is $888!!
Although, Rain is my current ichiban idol but to pay for $888 is REALLY steep & ridiculous lor. I was thinking it’s so silly to pay for the price of $888 when I can’t even get close to him or hug him. With this $888, I can make a trip to Korea for a week holiday.
If the price for the most expensive seat is around $200++, I will definitely go for it but $888 is too steep liao lor. Some of you may say, I can buy the $288 or $188 seat but I have this mindset, whenever I go for my idol’s concert, I will & want to pay for the best seat which means the most expensive range. If I can't, then I won’t go. =)
Many years back when I was still in sec sch, I went for Aaron Kwok’s concert in Singapore & I only paid $200++ for the most expensive seat which I save so hard with my pocket $.
But now, for Rain’s concert I decided not to go for it. =(
I will be extremely sad on 21 Jan 2007 but no choice this concert is darn ‘Pi Sai yo’.
Pi Sai in Korean means expensive.
